Securing Prisoners Wrist to Fixed Object


1. Loop around pole or bar.	2. Wrap one end aroung pole and over look in rope.

3. Take other end and loop it through first loop.	4. Put prisoners hand in second loop and pull ends tight. Tie off ends.
